This five-story property features 123 guest rooms, along with seven condominiums on the top floor, across approximately 104,201 square feet. Our scope included the installation of energy management systems throughout all guest rooms and lighting controls in the common areas and ice rink outbuilding. The project also required meeting an accelerated temporary Certificate of Occupancy (CO) deadline.
