Located in downtown Wichita, Kansas, The Douglas is a 240-unit luxury residential community created through the historic retrofit of the Exchange Place and Bitting Building, along with a new seven-story building. The property features more than 24,000 square feet of commercial space and amenities including a rooftop deck, reflection pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pits, dog park, and pet washing station. Our scope of work included electrical and fire alarm systems throughout the project.
