Our scope included the electrical systems, lighting, and electrical gear for the project, along with the electrical infrastructure supporting extensive electric vehicle charging capabilities throughout the property.

Located in downtown Wichita, Kansas, The Douglas is a 240-unit luxury residential community created through the historic retrofit of the Exchange Place and Bitting Building, along with a new seven-story building. The property features more than 24,000 square feet of commercial space and amenities including a rooftop deck, reflection pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pits, dog park, and pet washing station. Our scope of work included electrical and fire alarm systems throughout the project.
